“Hi Jayne... Just wanted to send you a short note to say "Thank you " for arranging our holiday to Gran Canaria. Everyting from the flights, which were at great times for us, and the hotel transfers went really smoothly. The hotel ( Servatur Puerto Azul) in Puerto Rico de Gran Canaria was everything we wanted and more. The Junior Suite with balcony and sea view was brilliant. The staff at the hotel are all very friendly and hard working and the rooms are clean and newly refurbished. We stayed on the All-inclusive basis and there was always food available and there was always something on the menu to suit every taste. The icing on the cake was when a staff member turned up at our room with a bottle of Champagne and two glasses on the day of our wedding anniversary. We had only mentioned the fact that it was our anniversary in passing and never expected to have this treat. It was very much appreciated... Thank you. We will definitely come back and use your service again. It was great to have everything sorted, imcluding the boarding passes for both flights. We usually have to check-in ourselves and print off these. The weather was also fantastic and Gran Canaria is definitely a place we would return. Thanks again.. Tony and Sharon”
